Offshore capacity, onshore standards.

Outsourced bookkeeping only works when the file comes back the way your reviewer expects it. We work inside your software, on your templates, with overlap hours agreed up front, and we are direct about what we cannot sign.

Coverage

Where we work and how.

Time zone is the thing that actually decides whether an offshore arrangement is pleasant or exhausting, so we agree it before anything else.

USUnited States. Bookkeeping, catch up and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online and Xero, with EST and PST overlap hours. Year end packs prepared for your CPA.
UKUnited Kingdom. Bookkeeping, VAT ready record keeping and management reporting for small firms, agencies and owner managed companies.
CACanada. Monthly close, reconciliation and reporting, prepared to hand to your accountant at year end.
AEUnited Arab Emirates. Books, reconciliation and reporting for trading and service companies, including multi currency accounts.
AUAustralia. Bookkeeping and reconciliation with genuine AEST overlap rather than emails answered a day late.

The honest version

What offshore usually gets wrong.

We have picked up enough files from other providers to know exactly where these arrangements fail.

Common failure

  • Work done to a checklist without understanding the business
  • Questions batched up and answered a day later, so everything takes a week
  • A different person on the file every month
  • Anything ambiguous coded to suspense and forgotten
  • Files returned in a format the reviewer has to rework

How we run it

  • A call at the start to understand what the business actually does
  • Agreed overlap hours so questions get answered inside your working day
  • The same named person on your file month to month
  • Unclear items listed and raised, never buried in suspense
  • Your template, your format, ready for review rather than rework

Questions

Working across time zones.

What hours do you work?
We agree overlap hours at onboarding based on where you are. For US clients that usually means an early start our time, and for Australian clients a late one. We would rather commit to real hours than claim to be available always.
How do we share access securely?
Through your accounting software's own user permissions at minimum necessary level, never shared passwords. Credentials sit in an encrypted manager and access is removed when work ends.
Can you prepare files for our CPA or chartered accountant?
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. We do the books, reconciliation and year end preparation, and they keep the filing and advisory relationship.
Do you sign US, UK or Australian tax filings?
No, and any offshore provider who says they do is worth a second look. We prepare the work to a standard your licensed filer can rely on and coordinate directly with them.
How do payments work across borders?
Invoiced in USD, GBP or AED as suits you, settled by international transfer or Wise. Agreed in writing before work starts.
