Accounting and tax

Everything the numbers need, under one roof.

Six services that overlap on purpose. The team that closes your books is the team that automates the work around them, which is why the second month costs you less time than the first.

The six

What each one actually covers.

Short version on the left, what a normal engagement includes on the right. Open any of them for the full picture.

Bookkeeping and accounting

Most common starting point

The monthly engine room. Categorisation, payables, receivables and reports that arrive on a date you can plan around.

See the detail

Typically includes

  • Transaction categorisation
  • AP and AR kept current
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Monthly P&L and balance sheet
  • Year end pack for your filer

Outcome You stop waiting three weeks to learn what last month did.

Bank and multi entity reconciliation

Where books usually go wrong

Matching kept current through the month across accounts, currencies, gateways and group entities, so close is a review.

See the detail

Typically includes

  • Bank, card and cash accounts
  • Stripe, PayPal, Wise, marketplaces
  • Foreign currency revaluation
  • Inter company balances agreed both sides
  • Unexplained items listed, never forced

Outcome A cash position you can act on without checking it twice.

Tax consulting

Planning, not scrambling

Computation, documentation and compliance prepared early, with a licensed practitioner brought in where a filing needs one.

See the detail

Typically includes

  • Planning through the year
  • Computation and working papers
  • Evidence files that survive review
  • Sales tax and VAT records
  • Coordination with your filer

Outcome Filing season becomes a review instead of a reconstruction.

Finance automation

Our actual edge

The repetitive work built once so month two costs less than month one. Built after the process is stable, never before.

See the detail

Typically includes

  • Invoice follow up sequences
  • Bill and receipt capture
  • Matching and coding rules
  • Approval routing
  • Scheduled reporting packs

Outcome The cost of running finance stops scaling with your growth.

Business consulting

Usually alongside the books

Pricing, margin and cash flow decisions argued from your own numbers rather than a template deck.

See the detail

Typically includes

  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Pricing and margin review
  • Break even and scenario work
  • Budget against actual

Outcome Pricing and cash decisions get made on evidence, not instinct.

Outsourcing and white label

For practices at capacity

Production work behind your brand. You keep the client, the relationship and the invoice.

See the detail

Typically includes

  • Monthly files at volume
  • Catch up and clean up projects
  • Year end file preparation
  • Per file or dedicated hours
  • NDA before anything is shared

Outcome You take on work you would otherwise have turned away.

Engagement shapes

Three ways people usually start.

Most engagements begin as one of these and grow from there. Nothing is locked in, and scope is agreed before any work starts.

Catch up

One off project

  • Books are months or years behind
  • Full reconciliation back to source documents
  • Chart of accounts rebuilt properly
  • Clean opening balances to work forward from

Priced as a fixed project once we see the volume.

Monthly close

Ongoing, most common

  • Bookkeeping and categorisation
  • Bank and gateway reconciliation
  • Monthly management reports
  • A named contact who answers

Fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume.

Finance function

For larger or growing teams

  • Everything in monthly close
  • AP and AR run for you
  • Automation built into the workflow
  • Cash flow and advisory support

Fixed monthly fee, scoped to your hours.

Rates

What it costs.

Fixed fees, agreed in writing before work starts. The figures are starting points that scale with accounts, volume and entities.

Rates are set per market. International engagements are invoiced in USD and include agreed overlap hours with your time zone and a named contact on your schedule, so they are priced differently from work in Pakistan.

Bookkeeping and reconciliation

Monthly engagements at a fixed fee agreed before work starts. Bank, card and gateway reconciliation is part of every tier.

Questions

Common questions.

Can we start with one service and add others later?
Yes, and most clients do. Bookkeeping and reconciliation usually come first, then automation once the process is stable enough to be worth building on.
Do you have a minimum engagement size?
No fixed minimum, but very small volumes are often better served by a good template and an hour of setup advice. We will tell you if that is the honest answer for your situation.
Do you take on one off projects?
Yes. Catch up and clean up work is frequently a one off, with no obligation to continue monthly afterwards.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to your accounting software at the minimum permission level, read access to bank statements, and a short call to understand how the business actually runs.
